Leaf 91-92 has been torn and repaired with tape, which should be removed and repaired with archival methods. Previous owner's stamp on title page. The title page is a beautiful presentation with decorative type in deep forest-green type. The engraved performance rights warning is a facsimile of Strauss's signature.
